  • Instructions
    1. Add 1/2 cup of Chia mix to 1 cup of your preferred milk
    2. Stir with a fork. The secret to a good pudding is to stir as much as possible
    3. Cover and leave in fridge for approx 2hrs. Can be left overnight for a great breakfast option
